Privacy Policy

This page explains what personal data PulseQuay stores, why it is stored, how long it is retained, and what rights you have as a user of the service.

What Personal Data We Collect

PulseQuay collects the minimum data needed to provide account access and monitoring features.

  • Registration data: email address, first name, and last name.
  • Security audit data: IP address and browser user agent for login attempt records.
  • Workspace monitoring data: target URLs, check settings, and check result history per workspace.

How We Use Your Data

  • To authenticate users and manage accounts and workspace membership.
  • To enforce security controls such as brute-force lockout and suspicious login review.
  • To deliver the monitoring service, including scheduled checks, history, and alert routing.
  • To send the email notifications you explicitly configure for incidents and account actions.

Data Retention

  • Account data is retained while your account is active.
  • Login attempt records are pruned after 90 days.
  • Check results are retained according to your workspace plan, with a default retention of 7 days.
  • Application log files are rotated with a maximum retention period of 7 days.

Your Rights

Under GDPR Articles 15 through 22, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection where applicable.

Contact pulsequay@zecevic-ninja.com to exercise these rights. You can also delete your account directly from the Profile page using the self-service deletion flow.

Data Export

You can download a copy of your personal data from the Profile page. This export is intended to help you review the information associated with your account or move it elsewhere if needed.

Cookies and Local Storage

PulseQuay does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

The app uses localStorage for session token state, language preference, and workspace selection. These values are used only to operate the application interface.

Third-Party Services

PulseQuay may rely on an SMTP provider for email delivery and on hosting infrastructure providers to operate the service. Personal data is not shared with advertising networks.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect legal, technical, or operational changes. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
